Funeral Service will take place at Biddulph Methodist Church on Thursday September 6th 2018 at 1:45pm prior to Cremation at Bradwell Crematorium.

Relatives and friends wishing to attend the service are kindly invited to meet at the Church.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired are preferred to Biddulph Methodist Church
in memory of Ivy.
